Move In clean
For a home that has just been vacated, but call early. Removing years and years of grease, hairspray, and evicting the family of spiders that has created a village in your window in the foyer takes time.
Even though our move-in/out process is the same, a move-in clean is significantly shorter/easier than a move-out. The reason is that the bulk of the work has already been performed. Also, if you choose this option and it is really a move-out, we will know, will charge accordingly, and silently judge you for trying to be slick. Just kidding on that last part, we are a no-judgment zone but, we will charge accordingly.

Vanities scrubbed clean and sanitized
Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
Toilet paper and towel bars cleaned
Light fixtures cleaned, glass globes cleaned
Toilets scrubbed clean and sanitized
Showers and/or tubs scrubbed clean and sanitized
Baseboards, doors, door frames, switch plates hand-washed
Windows and window frames cleaned
Blinds dusted or hand-washed as necessary
Floors swept and mopped
Living Spaces
Hallways, Living Room, Dining Room, Office
Baseboards, doors, door frames, switch plates hand-washed
Ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted or hand-washed as needed
Windows and window frames cleaned
Blinds dusted or hand-washed as needed
Floors swept, mopped or carpets vacuumed
Bedrooms
